Appointments and Cancellations:
We recommend making appointments for all services as early as possible to ensure that we can accommodate you with your choice of time and staff.
For spa services or spa packages we suggest arriving 15 min. prior to your appointment time.
A credit card is required for all spa appointments or services one hr. or longer at the time of booking. We ask that you kindly give us 24 hr. notice if you choose to cancel your services. Without proper notification 100 % of the treatment price will automatically be charged to your credit card. Gift Cards may not be used to guarantee a reservation.
Our scheduling allows the proper amount of time to complete each service. Punctuality is greatly appreciated. Late arrival may result in less time dedicated to your service and full charges will be applied.
When booking a service, please advise the Client Specialist of any significant health conditions you may have or if you may be pregnant.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuities are not included in your spa treatment fee, salon fee or gift certificates. 18% to 20% gratuity is usually customary on all services. Tip envelopes are available at the front desk for your convenience.
Gift Cards are transferable, expire after one year, may be redeemed for product as well as other services and are not refundable. Gift Cards must be present at the time of services. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. We suggest leaving your jewelry at home when using our spa.
Cell phones should be turned off or put on vibrate upon entering the spa in order to ensure maximum tranquility for all of our clients. If necessary, talking on your cell phone is limited to the reception area only.
Children under the age of 10, who are not receiving treatments, are not permitted in the spa. This is so we can ensure a tranquil and serene atmosphere for all clients.
Mysha Day Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit cards, and personal checks approved through Telecheck with proper identification.
Client referral program:
1. Refer someone to our spa.
2.When they come in for their service have them tell us your name.
3.On their next service, they will get 10% off.
4.You will also receive an e-mail from us confirming that your referral came in.
5.Print out the e-mail and bring it into the spa to receive 10% off your next service.
6.If you have multiple services that day, the 10% will be taken off the highest service.
7.Keep referring and you’ll receive 10% every time.
It’s just that easy.

Private Spa Parties:
Thank you for reserving your party at Mysha Day Spa and Salon. We look forward to taking care of you and your guests. Please see the following guidelines for booking your party and for the day of your services. · When reserving appointments, we will need each guest’s first and last name and the exact treatments they will be getting. Doing this through e-mail or fax is the best option. Please send information to Selina at sam@myshadayspa.com or fax to 732-695-2315. · A credit card is necessary to reserve your party. You will have up to 48 hours to make changes or cancel any appointments before the party. If the cancellations or changes are not made before then or if a guest does not show up for their service(s), those services affected will be charged to the credit card on file. · 20% gratuity is not included in your service price but is customary. Tip envelopes are available at the front desk for your use. · Punctuality is greatly appreciated as appointments are only booked with enough time to complete the service. If a guest is late, their service will have to be shortened if there is another appointment following. · If booking during regular business hours, the noise level has to be kept to a minimum so that other clients may enjoy their services as well. Using the Relaxation Room · We offer beverages such as herbal teas and coffees, regular and diet iced teas and lemon water. You are welcome to bring food, drinks and wine if you would like and we can help you set up. We have a bar area or the relaxation room that has a round table to place food and beverages. There are also two futon beds and two chairs for your guests to relax and wait until they are taken for their services. · If you would like us to order food for you, we can do that as well. After Hours Party · Please check for available times and days as early as possible as a staff will have to be brought in for after hours parties. · Must be at least 10 guests or more getting at least 1 treatments each. · There are no extra fees for an after hours party, however 20% gratuity will be added to all service charges. · All other guidelines apply when booking an after hours party.
