Membership in Kewl Travelers Club includes:

$25 travel credit towards any trip when signing up to become a member.

$25 travel credit for referrals of new members and groups chartering a coach.

Receive 5%* off every trip that you sign up for through the year.

Receive 10%* off every reserved trip that you sign up for 120 days in advance WITH fully paid reservations.

Receive 10%* off your seat price for every NEW traveler* you bring with you. Offer good for up to 6 people. (*Must be someone who has NEVER traveled with KEWL before.)

Travel for FREE: Groups of 10 or more you go FREE (non-member 16 or more then they receive a FREE seat). Great for Friend, Family, Work or Fellowship outings.

Trip protection up to 14 days prior to departure with exception of ticketed events*. (*insurance is recommended for ticketed events.)

No deposit is required to add your name to a tour BUT we do require that you give a Deposit or Full payment within 7 days of reservation for any discount to apply.
*One discount per trip.

Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers. Groups of 10 or more passenger cannot cancel but can replace a passenger. Reserved seating is not available but if you are handicapped please let use know. Trip protection only covers transportation cost only, if event tickets, meals or any other additions to a Kewl Tour are not refundable due to refund policies from vendors. Trip Insurance can be purchased to cover any medical expenses and it is recommended.

All tours are subject to prior sale. If tour is sold out, you will be notified and afforded the option of being placed on the "Stand-By" list for that tour. If a room becomes available, you will be immediately assigned that room and/or those seats on the tour. Cancellation conditions apply.
