How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
Simply click on the Buy Now button on the item’s product information page.
- You can continue adding items to your cart until you’re ready to make your purchase.
- You can view the items you have placed in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the Basket icon located at the top of any page.
How do I find a specific item on dvdasian.com?
To search for an item on our site complete the following steps:
- Go to the www.dvdasian.com homepage.
- In the search box at the top left corner of the screen, type in the name of the product you are searching for (such as Ghost)
- Click on the GO button.
dvdasian.com will display the items that match the words you searched for.
Completing the Checkout Process
- Please review all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart to ensure the items are correct in quantity (if applicable). After you've finished shopping, click on CHECKOUT.
- Account Login
When you have completed your shopping and have clicked CHECKOUT you will be taken to the MY ACCOUNT page. Here we will ask if you are a return or new customer. Please login accordingly, and click Continue.
Our system recognizes you as a return customer (even if you have never purchased anything from us). Login as a return customer using your e-mail address and password, click Continue, and you will be on your way through the order process.
If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot your password? to have your password emailed to you.
- Billing & Shipping Addresses
After logging in, a page appears which will require you to enter My Account information. Please enter the full address to which your credit card statement is sent beneath "Billing Information".
If the address you to which you are shipping your order to is the same as your billing information, you can select the box "My billing and shipping info are the same." If not, please also enter the complete address to which you would like to send your order.
Remember: Your billing information and shipping address may be different. Make sure you have the correct information before clicking on Continue. Next on the page you can select your shipping option.
- Choose your shipping option / Which Carrier will ship your order?
The next section of this screen shows you the list of products you have selected for purchase. To the right of each product a shipping option will be listed. The cost of the shipping options are included after you choose your shipping method. (See our Shipping Policy ) Large Heavy items may require additional shipping costs, which will be clearly posted on the product description page. At times, we also provide Free shipping offers which may affect the minimum shipping charge available on the site.
If you are interested in expediting the delivery of your order, you can select from other shipping options.You may be given the option to choose from USPS Express Mail. Please choose the option that best suits your needs. Additional shipping charges will be listed for any expedited shipping or special handling. Please note that the shipping option you select will be for the item(s) listed for that option ONLY. You may have an order that contains items available for Free shipping and items that can only be shipped Ground.
dvdasian.com ships using only USPS (United States Postal Service). You can find out USPS is shipping your items by tracking your order once it ships. Packages shipped via USPS display a delivery confirmation only after the delivery has done. Detailed live-time tracking information is not available during the transit.
- Payment options
The final section to complete on this screen is to enter your credit card account number and expiration date.dvdasian.com allows you to pay via major credit card (American Express, Discover, Visa, or MasterCard and JCB Card). All credit card statements will have payment issued to Omni Video, Inc.
Are credit card transactions on dvdasian.com is safe?

Why would my card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?

In order to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and shipping address is verified through your credit card company. If the billing address on your account differs from the billing address on your bank's records, you could be declined. Please verify that My Account information is correct, and then notify your credit card company to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information. Additionally, we do not have the capability to validate funds on cards issued by foreign banks.
- Review all the billing information you have entered and edit if necessary. If everything is correct, click Submit Order to complete the placement of your order.
The only way to place an order at DVDAsian.com is via our web site. (Sorry--no phone orders)
Inventory Status
- In Stock: The product has already been stored in DVDAsian.com's stock. We can process immediately.
- On Order: The product has no stock in DVDAsian.com at this moment. But the suppliers have the stock. If you order this product, we will order from the supplier immediately. It takes about 3-7 business days to deliver to DVDAsian.com's stock and then we will process immediatley.
- Out of Stock: The product is temporarily stopped the supply from the supplier. We have to wait the further notice from the supplier. The product information is for reference only and we would not accept any order of this product.
Order Status
Order Tracking:
Customers can track their orders online 24 hours a day. That is, when the order is shipped?
Order Status:
To Be processed: Order has been received and confirmed, and order is under processing.
Authorized: Credit Card is authorized and order is under processing.
Back Order : The Order product among you ordered is temporarily “Out of Stock” at this moment . And is “On Order” from our supplier. It takes about 3-14 days to deliver to DVDAsian.com’s stock.
Ready To Ship : Order processing is completed and ready to ship on same day or next day
Shipped: Order has been shipped. Customer will receive the order within a short period of time. Time taken for the items to be delivered is depending on the location of the customers. Domestic orders may be expected to arrive within 2 ~ 7 business days. Most non-USA orders maybe received within a week or so.
Cancelled: Order is cancelled when there is out of stock, or credit card is declined.
Incomplete: Problem has occurred in data filled in shipping address and/or payment method. We will contact the customers through e-mail.
Backorders
DVDAsian uses an advanced ordering system that allows us to keep over 80% of all titles IN STOCK. If, however, a title on your order is ON ORDER, we offer the option of Complete or Partial shipments.
- Complete - The order will be held until all items ship as one unit with only one shipping charge.
- Partial - The order will ship as the items become available without additional shipping charges.
Special orders or backordered item(s) are re-stoked within 1-4 weeks (Time can vary). You will be notified of your special order or backorder status within 60 days of your inquiry. We will send you an update via email. Cancelling an Order
You can cancel your order through e-mail to dvdasian@covad.net before we ship your order. No Sales Tax
State laws require that Dvdasian.com charge residents of California Sales Tax on DVD movie orders because we have a physical presence in the state. 8.25% Sales Tax Rate for California Resident will be applied. |
