We fully guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from Dvdasian.com, return it within 7 days from the time we shipped and receive a complete refund or exact replacement of the DVD you ordered.
There is a 7 day return policy on all titles, subject to the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened DVDs cannot be returned unless defective.
- Defective DVDs will be replaced with the SAME title only. (NO REFUND)
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We do not pay for postage on returns.
- International customers are responsible for the shipping charges if order is refused by customer.
If you receive a damaged, defective item, or incorrect item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Any damages or alterations caused by the customer are not eligible for replacement.
Just specify the problem and ship the item back to us. For domestic orders, you have up to 10 days from the shipping date to return the defective product. For international orders, you have up to 30 days from the shipping date to return a defective product (this period allows for the extended shipping time required for international deliveries).Refund
Dvdasian.com will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving your returned order. Shipping & handling fees and return postage fees are only refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds are issued against the same credit card number you used to pay for the original order. If the order was paid by check, a refund check will be issued and mailed to your address within seven days.Restocking Charge
There is a policy for DVDs bought for use on computers. We cannot guarantee that every DVD we sell will play in a computer setup. It is just the nature of the computers, not the discs. They use software to decode, and sometime it just won't work properly, even with some US DVDs. A 20% restock charge will be applied to discs returned which were tried on a computer. We can no longer sell them as new, so this is a reasonable charge. Please try the disc out on a friend's home DVD player to see if it is really defective. If it is, then the 20% charge does not apply, and you may return it for an exchange or refund.Return Procedure
The following procedures must be followed or your return shipment will be sent back.
- include the original invoice which was received with the product(s).
- To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed in their original shrink-wrapped condition.
- All product(s) must be shipped including original cases and covers.
